We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and app usage data including habits, workout logs, budget entries, and journal entries. All data is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Firestore.
Your data is used solely to provide app functionality: tracking habits, calculating streaks and XP, displaying progress analytics, and powering the leaderboard. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
All data is stored in Google Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is associated with your Firebase Authentication account.
If you opt in, your penguin name and weekly XP may be visible to other users on the community leaderboard. You can disable this in Settings > Privacy.
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve app performance and fix bugs. This data is anonymized and does not include your personal habit or journal entries.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Penguins is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page.
